DARVO STREAM WORD COUNTER
Terms & Conditions
Effective August 15, 2026
1. What this service does
The DARVO Stream Word Counter helps users track complete-word matches from a selected stream, manage a counter and send optional counter updates or manual messages through a connected Twitch account.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for every streamer, word, message, account and setting you choose. Only monitor or automate activity when you have permission and a lawful reason to do so.
3. Twitch rules
You must follow Twitch’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, API rules, rate limits and chat rules. Do not use this service to spam, harass, evade moderation or interfere with a stream.
4. Hateful and abusive content
Hateful slurs, severe discriminatory language, threats, harassment and other prohibited content may not be sent. DARVO safety filters may block a message, but you remain responsible for anything sent from your account.
5. Accuracy and automation
Speech detection and counters can make mistakes. Review settings and test the counter before enabling automatic posts. Do not rely on the service for safety-critical, legal, medical or financial decisions.
6. Account access and credentials
You must connect only an account you are authorized to use. Every user must sign in, enter the same email used by that signed-in account and approve the Twitch login connection. DARVO does not require an authenticator app or a separate email-delivery API.
7. Age and permission
You must meet Twitch’s minimum age requirements. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must obtain it before using this service.
8. Availability
The service is provided “as is” and may be changed, paused or unavailable. No guarantee is made that counting, Twitch connections, chat delivery or stream status will always work without interruption.
9. Misuse
Access may be limited or removed for abuse, illegal activity, attempts to bypass safety controls, credential theft, spam or violations of these terms or Twitch’s rules. A blocked attempt may create an owner-only evidence record containing the account email, connected Twitch username, target channel, exact blocked text, reason and timestamp.
10. Anonymous activity count
DARVO stores a random browser identifier and a last-seen timestamp to calculate how many visitors were active in the previous two minutes. This count does not include the pages you read or messages you type, and a visitor is no longer counted as active after the two-minute window.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms.
