Keep the embedded Twitch player above playing. In the share window choose This Tab (DARVO) and leave Share tab audio on. DARVO automatically raises usable quiet audio to at least 50% for transcription, but fully muted audio contains no sound to recover. It never requests the microphone and never falls back to it.
